Mr Nesbitt, a well-known lawyer, moved for a rule nisi calling on Hornburg, a Justice of the Peace, to show why he should not take an information against the Lieutenant-Governor, Mr Kingston, the Federal Minister of Customs, Mr O’Loughlin, and Dr Smith, for conspiracy to obtain his imprisonment in a lunatic asylum (our years ago.
