The Official Beeoiver in Bankruptcy, on behalf of tho creditors of the British and American Corporation, has applied for a summons against Whittaker Wright and Robert Lemon, in connection with transactions arising out of the faiiuro of tho London Globo Finance Corporation, owing to tho Government’s rofusals to prosecute Wright on tho ground of insufficiency of Bvidenco against them. I Many mombors of tho Stock Exchange aro petitioning for an onquiry.
