Lord Jamo' l of Hereford, Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster, has resigned on tho grounds of his health. , Sir W. H. Walrond, Chief Government Whip, succeeds Lord James of Hereford as Chancollor of tho Duchy of Lancaster. Mr Austen Chamberlain becomes Post-mastcr-Gonoral; both with seats in the Cabinet. Mr 11. W. Foster has been appointed Commissioner of tho Treasury.
