A Dog Poisoner.

Wanganui, last night. During Tuesday night a dog fiend was abroad in town laying poisoned meat in several of the streets, with the result that up to the present over twenty dogs have been poisoned. Several of the animals were valuable. There is no clue to the miscreant.
