LONDON WOOL SALES. By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright London, July 8. The fourth series of colonial wool sales has opened. Prices are practically unchanged, but there is occasional weakness in coarse crossbreds.

Tho New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, yesterday received tho following cablegram from London relating to the opening of tho wool sales :—“ Sales opened this day. Prices ruling in sellers’ favor for merino and fine crossbreds, and in buyers’ favor for coarse crossbreds. Competition of both Home and foreign buyers is active.”
