FIFTY-FIVE THOUSAND POUNDS SUBSOBIBED IN BOOM.

The Lord Mayor ol London presided over a great meeting at the Mansion House to arrange for a Coronation gift to the K’.ng, who desired to give it to the Hospital fund. . It was resolved to open a national fund, and £55,000 was subscribed at tho meeting.
