(By Telegraph—Press Association.) Dunedin, last night,

At an adjourned meeting of the Medical Association what is known bb the Marshall case was further consideied, when it was resolved that the action of President of the New Zealand branch of tho Association, in writing to the press, be approved, and that the opinion expressed by him in his letter be accepted as the opinion of the Association. In his letter the President repudiated the sentiments expressed by Dr. Davies, and declared that it was not right that any person calling a doctor should be sent frost door to door until assistance was rp. tained.
