A GISBORNE CASE,

(Spcoial to Times.) Auckland, last night,

At tho Supremo Court this morning tho oase of John Townloy (Mr T. Cotter, instructed by Mr E. J. Chnsp) v. William Ashford Friar,-for whom Mr DeLautour appeared, was heard before Mr Justice Conolly. This was a Gisborne case, tho motion being to rescind an injunction granted at Wellington in October last proventing the removal by defondant of certain buildings from land in Gladstone Road belonging to plaintiff. Counsel stated that an agreement had been arrived at, and the injunction was rescinded by consent with £5 5s oasts to defendant-. Messrs DoLautour and Chrisp, Gisborne solicitors engaged in the caso, leave by tho Elingamite for South this afternoon.
