Hawke’s Bay Show.
By Tolegraph—Press Association. Napier, last night.
The first Autumn Show held under the auspices of the Hawke’s Bay A. and P. Society is being hold at Hastings to-day. Considering the fact that the season has not been by any means of the best, the collection of farm and dairy produce, grain and roots is all round excellent, and the support accorded to the society should warrant them in making this an annual fixture. A speoial feature of the show is the splendid display of produce of all kinds from the Poverty Bay district, collected by Messrs Williams and Kettle. Fat stock has a very fair representation, but all from local exhibitors. Unfortunately the weather is threatening.
