KING’S LEVEE.

King Edward held a numerouslyattended levee at St. James' Palace. The Prince of Wales, Prince Christian, and the Duko of Argyll were present. A number of colonial visitors in Loudon attended. Several colonial officers were presented to the King. At the instigation of the Agent-General, Mr Chamberlain consults the King to see if he is willing to receive a colonial address at the lioyal Albert liall to afford a mass of colonial visitors an opportunity of seeiug the King and Queen.
