CRITICISING MR SEDDON.
By Telegraph—Press Associatiou—Copyright Sydney, April 23.
The Daily Telegraph, referring to what it terms Mr Soddou’s double-shuttle, says he found himself in a different atmosphere in Australia when he propounded a red scheme for giving natives their own way in warfare. Ho was palpably in danger of being chilled by reason, and civilised views about war prevailed adversely to his opinions. Mr Seddon preceived the change in the temperament, and proceeded to conform to it by offering his Maori friends as a sacrifice.
