Sydney, March 14. The mining statistics for last year show tho mineral wealth to bo 410,006,000, a decrease of £564,000 on the previous year.. Gold decreased in valuo by £273,000. Dredging produced gold [to the value of £39,043. The plants in operation are valued at £289,000. Silver, lead, and zinc have a reputed value of £1,959,000, a decrease on tho previous year of £828,000. Tho fall in prices practically crippled the industry. Coal has been raised'to a valuo of £2,178,000, an increase of £510,000. Tho output was the largest yet recorded.
