A CITY CAPTURED. GOVERNOR AND THIRTY GUARDS CAPTURED. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, March 3. Abdul Binfeysul, a descendant of Wahabi Amirs, with an army of two thousand, captured tho city of El Rio, in Central Arabia. Abdul, with fifty followers, by stratagem entered tho city during the night and killed the Governor and thirty guards. Tho garrison surrendered their arms and admitted Abdul and his followers to the city. Abdul hopes to conquer Nejd, tho tribes of which are flocking to his standard.
