MATAWHERO STOCK SALE.

Messrs Williams and Kettle hold their next sale of live stock at the Matawhoro yards on Thursday next, commencing at 11.30 a.m. The firm expect a fair yarding of cattle, which will include young steers and heifers, a nice line of herd cows and calves, dairy cows and beef. Their large entry of sheep includes nice lines of ewes, from 2-tooth to fresh full-mouth; also 2 and 4-tooth wethers and weaners. These should meet with keen competition. The firm wiil also offer some first-class Lincoln rams, bred by Messrs W. W. Smith, L. DePeliehet, J. McKenzie, and others.
