NOTES FROM FLEMINGTON,

After yesterday’s rain the Flemington track was heavy. Tho work this morning was poor. Blue Metal went nine furlongs on the tan in 2.1 J, boating Nymagee. Sir Foote and Andora were associated in five furlongs on the tan, and did an easy run in 1.11. Barbarossa and Roora boat Flintlock twelve furlongs on the sand in 2.54. Tip-top did five furlongs on tho tan, going easy, in 1.10, and finished lame. Grasspan beat Iron Hoop ovor eleven furlongs on the sand in 2.38 L Melbourne, Feb. 25.
The latest betting is: Threes, Sir Foote; sevens, Drawbridge, to £2000; eights, Ibex, to .£4OOO, and Aurus, to ,£2500 ; twelves, Wairiri, to £3500 ; fourteens, Moonbeam, to £3000; sixteens, Bonnie Chiol, to £SOOO, and Myosotis, to £3OOO. DUNEDIN CUP RACES. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, last night. Large numbers of visitors are arriving for the Autumn races, which commence to-morrow. There was some rain this afternoon, but it should improve the course, if anything. The following are the horses and riders in tho Dunedin Cup : Dundas, L. H. Hewitt, 8.1. Cameo, Donovan, 7.10.
