ORDER RESTORED, By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright MADRID, Feb. 21. Most of the-Republicans, a majority of the Socialists, and many trade unions coldly welcomed the Barcelona emissaries sent to organise a general strike in Spanish towns. During the Barcelona riots one hundred were killed, and three hundred injure L Five hundred were arrested. Cargoes are now being discharged at Barcelona. Some factories are resuming work. Order has been restored at Zaragosa and elsewhere. Many anarchists have been arrested. .
