MAN BADLY INJURED-WONDER-FUL VITALITY.

(By Telegraph—Press Association.) Wellington, last night.

A man named Jack Osborne was seriously injured by an explosion of dynamite to-day. He was working on a road contract at Kawatau. When putting in the charge of blast paper the explosion was premature. He was on a ledge of eighteen inches and had a drop of a hundred feet, but after being injured walked back with his clothes on fire.
