INTERVIEW AT NEW PLYMOUTH,

[By Telegraph—Press Association.] New Plymouth, last night. The Hon. Mr Cadman passed through here on his way North to-night. In a press interview, Mr Cadman spoke much the same as when interviewed in Wellington. He returns to New Plymouth on Tuesday, to confer with the Harbor Board re iron sand and leases.

Mr Cadman emphasised the necessity * for further improvements being carried out at the harbor before the company starts operations, in order to provide accommodation for the greatly increased business which would follow the establishment of the ironworks.
