At the tallow sales 476 casks were offered and 58 sold. Mutton soli at a shilling decline; beef is unchanged. WELLINGTON WOOL SALES. By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, last night. The fourth wool sale of the season was held to-day. There was a good attendance, and fair competition. Prices for good qualities of wool ranged from par to a farthing lower. For other qualities pricos were unchanged. Values were well up to the London market.

Messrs Nelson Bros, this afternoon received the following cable from the Colonial Consignment and Distributing Company, London :—“ Frozen meat market: There is a decline of one-eighth of a penny in the best Canterbury mutton. Quotations of best Canterbury are at 3 jd, best Napier, Wellington, and North Island, B*d."
