A TUG WRECKED. RESCUE BY BRAVE FISHERMAN. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Melbourne, Jan. 23. Telegraphic communication has boen greatly disorganised by the storm. Much damage has been done. Many houses were unroofed in the country. The Melbourne express train met tbe full forco of the storm, and on one part of journey to Sydney an extra enginer had to be attached to enable tire train to make headway. During the height of the gale tho tug Reckless, was being towed to Geelong, with two men and women and several children aboard. The tug broke adrift and ran on the rocks near Frankston. A scratch crew of fishermen, in the face of the heavy sea, and at great risk, rescued the people from their perilous position.
