London, Dec. 6. Tho Daily Chrouicle states that Cardinal Moran has resigued in consequence of being appointed resident prelate of Curia, and that Monsignor Kelly, roccntly appointed coadjutor Archbishop at Sydney, has been appointed.

Sydney, Dec. 6. Cardinal Moran, in an interview, stated that there is no truth in tho Chronicle’s statement.
