Famous Druce Case.

In the Druce case, in which a claim was made for the Earldom of Portland, witnesses testified that they were well acquainted with T. C. Druce, were present at his death and enclosure in a coffin in 1864. A verdict was given against Mrs Druce, the jury finding that Druce died in 1864, and his will, with codicil, was duly executed.
