NICARAGUA RECOMMENDED.

New York, Dec. 5. The Isthmian Commission recommend the Nicaraguan Canal, costing 190,000,000 dollars, to be completed in eight years. Panama will take a decade, and will cost 144,000,000 dollars, plus 109,000,000 dollars for the purchase of concessions.
