THE BAN RIGH.
INTENDED AS A COLUMBIAN (1 UNBOAT. By Telegraph—Press Association - Copyright London, Nov. 2d. The stoamer Ban High has been released. The vessel was intended for service as a Columbian gunboat.
The Ban High is a vessel of JOOO tons. She was purchased ostensibly for the fruit trade. Her crew numbers 42 men. The vessel was detained owing to having on board a quantity of munitions of war and to other suspicious circumstances.
