LYNCH DECLARES HE WILL CLAIM THE SEAT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Nov. 2d. Lynch, who who was elected for Galway, has been interviewed at Paris. He declares that he is a Homo Ruler and not a revolutionist. He states that he intends to claim the seat.

Lynch, who is styled “Colonel,” was in cliargo of tho Irish Brigade which fought on the side of tho Boers in th" earlier stages of the campaign. If he insists on taking the seat there will be trouble.
