MAORI LANDS ADMINISTRATION BILL.
(Special to Times.) Auckland, last night. The Maori Lands Administration Biff before Parliament is of great interest to Auckland. “Wo hope,” concludes this morning’s contemporary in its leader, “ that this measure, which gives chances of getting Mr Carroll’s scheme into operation, will not bo dropped in the hurryscurry of the last few days of the session, but will be passed. Native members should have a cliuucc of altering tiie provisions so as to bring the Bill more into conformity with their ideas.”
