CAPTAIN AND MATE'S CERTIFI CATE SUSPENDED.

The Marine Court found that the wreck of the Moonstone was due to tho default of the master, Griffiths Gwen Williams, in not taking sufficient precautions, and his wrongful act in having only one man on deck when under weigh, and tho fault of tho mate in not koeping a proper lookout. The captain’s certificate as master of a foreign-going vessel was suspended for twelve months, and tho mate's certificate as master of a foreign-going vessel was suspended for eighteen months.
