CLEANLINESS ENFORCED BY THREAT OF LAAV. | Special to Times. | AVellington, last night. The ease of the Shannon School Committee, which refused to open the school latrines because it had no funds to keep them clean, has been settled by the committee backing down, after threatened action by the Education Board and Health Department.
