KINEMATOGRAI’HIC EXHIBITION. Tun kinenmtographic exhibition givon by Messrs Cooper and Macdormott at the Theatre Royal last evening drew a crowded house, and tho entertainment was highly spoken of by all who witnessed it.' Chief interest centred in the living pictures of the late Queen’s funeral, which wore of a most realistic nature. Tho views were clear, and thoro was an absence of that flickering and flashing so often soon in exhibitions of tho kind. Tho pictures dealing with tho Queen's funeral gavo a view' of the cortogo at different localities in London. They ntso dealt with tho naval display on tho Solout, Royal yacht passing down lino of warships firing minute guns, tho collin on gun carriage, Lord Roberts, The King, Gorman Emperor and Royal mourners, AVindsor Castle, funeral eortego passing through AVindsor. Tho living pictures having reference to tho South African war wore received with tho greatest enthusiasm, and apparently havo lost none of their attraction with young and old alike. Several fine views of tho King wero shown during the evening, but His Majesty did not como in for anything like tho applnu3o which greeted tho appearance of British military heroes such as Lord Roborts and Genoral Baden-Powell. Tho ontortainmont was splendidly managed, and is well worth seeing. The exhibition will be repeatod this evening, when a number of fresh viows will be shown, and the Gisborne soason will be brought to a closo to-mor-row oveiling. Mr Cooper has arranged for a matinoc for to-movvow afternoon, when the prices of admission will bo one shilling for adults and sixponco for children. To-morrow evening the returned troopors will bo in attendance, as well as tho mombers of tho Gisborno Rifles.
