MINISTERS IN WELLINGTON.
MR DUNCAN GOT AN EYE-OPENER AT GISBORNE.
[Special to Times.] Wellington, last night. The Minister of Lands arrived in AVellington this evening. The Premier and Mr Ward aro also in Wellington at present. The Minister for Lands states that the fertility of the lands about Gisborne was an oye-oponcr to him. He is highly pleased with tho trip and the way be was treated, and says that he hopes at some future time to make a more extensive tour of the district.
