FLOURISHING COMPANY. By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, last night. At the annual meeting of the Dunedin City and Suburban Tramway Company, the Chairman, in moving the adoption of the report, after giving tho history of the Company and tho negotiations which had resulted in the business passing into the hands of the corporation, said that the shareholders were going to receive tho handsome dividend of approximately 10s per share. The report having been adopted, Messrs George Fenwick, James Haslett, and E. B. Cargill were appointed liquidators at a remuneration of A'6oo. MINING. Tiie Shotovcr Quartz Mining Company crushed 35 tons of stone for 560 z 12dwt amalgam. The Round Hill Mining Company, Southland, obtained' for five weeks 3600 z, valued at jE1,449, with part of the tail race still to wash down.
