By Telegraph—Press Association. Wellington, last night. In tho Porirua case, which has been before the Court of Appeal for some days, judgment was reserved. The Court is now hearing an application by the City Council of Wellington to set aside claims for compensation amounting to .£250,000 for a small strip of land in Willis and Harbor streets, owing to the inadvertence of the time being allowed to lapse within which action.could be taken to contost tho olaim.
