Cadman, to raiso a company to develop ironsand, coal, timber, lime, etc. Ho fully oxplaiucd his mission, and said ho wits; confident of tho result. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded, and a voto of confidonco in the Government passed. Mr Smith will he entertained on Wednesday.
