A hundred soldiers of the Hongkong regiment have reinforced tho British forces at v Ticntsin. The municipalities presented each member of tho Australian naval contingent with a testimonial in recognition of their behaviour during tho crisis. Tho Victorian contingent sails for Australia by tho transport Chingtu to-day. THE RUSSIAN FLAG KEPT FLYING. WALDERSEE’S ARBITRATION ACCEPTED.
