' BOER QUARRELS. By Telegraph —Press Association—Copyright London, March IS. Commandant Fourier has quarrelled with De Wet, and his commando has broken up. It is reported that Fourier is willing to surrender. Sir Hely Hutchinson,' the Governor, has expressed amazement at the sanitary neglect and filth of Capetown. Boyd, whom Delarey shot, was a son of the sub-manager of tho London ofiico of the Bank of New South Wales.

The landrost at Wolmaranstaad, a disloyal Englishman, induced the Dutchmen to persuade Boyd and others to write asking the British Jo liberate them. This resulted in their'being sentenced to death. A commando laagered near Lichtcnberg is in great straits for food and ammunition, and has suspended supplies to the Boer families.

The Premier has received cable advico that Major Craddock has arrived at Brandfort, and has resigned his command of the Second Contingent to Colonel Robin. He states that lie regrets severing his connection with such gallant warriors. Tho Premier has, through the Governor, asked Lord Kitchener to convey to Major Craddock its best thanks for his valuable services to the colony and Empire.
