By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, March 8. Mr Balfour stated in the House of Commons that pressure of time would not allow the Duke of York to include India in his visit. Sydney, March 9. Ihe principal items of the programme for the Duke and Duchess of York’s visit to Sydney will be a procession to Government House, when they land, the laying of the foundations of the State House and additions to the Art Gallery, a naval display, a Parliamentary levee, and the presentation of an address.
