HanburyTracy, of the Royal Horse Guards, on special service in East Africa, and Captain Cobbold, of the King’s Own Scottish Borderers, are proceeding to Addisabeba to advise Ras Makonnen, Emeror of Abyssinia, and the generalissimo leader of twenty thousand Abyssinian troops, co-operating with a British expedition from Bardera on the Jeb river, against the Mad Mullah in Northern Somaliland.
