SEVEN DAYS IN CELLS LEADERS’ ALLEGATIONS (PA) AUCKLAND. May 27. Three of the 48 absentee ratings from the cruiser Bellona were arrested last week and have been charged with absence without leave, according to statements by members of the ratings' “strike committee” who are still ashore.
