Traffic Offence

A charge of failing to give way 'to traffic approaching from the right was brought against William Robert Jardine before Mr. E. L. Walton, S.M., in the Gisborne Magistrate’s Court today. A statement from a motor firm supported the contention.’ The magistrate .refused to dismiss the case under section 92 of the Justices of the Peace Act, but said he> would make the fine half the usual amount, making it 10s, with costs 19s.
