MR. FRASER’S QUICK WIT (1 p.m.) WASHINGTON, Aug. 28. While he was posing for photographs, the nose of the New Zealand Prime Minister, the Rt. Hon. P. Fraser, suddenly began to bleed. Quickly he commented: “I can hear it in Berlin and Tokio now, ‘New Zealand’s Prime Minister gets a hostile reception at the White House.’ ”
