MR. F. SAYRE’S POST (1 p.m.) NEW YORK, Aim. 28. Mr. Francis Sayre, a son of the former United States High Commissioner of the Philippines and a grandson of the late President Woodrow Wilson, was sworn in as a lieutenant, junior grade, in the navy chaplains corps.
