PROTEST REJECTED
INTERNED GERMANS CREW OF GRAF SPEE (Reed. Dec. 28, 3 p.m.) BUENOS AIRES, Dec. 27. The Argentine Government has rejected Germany’s protest against the internment of the crew of the Graf von Spec and has declined the German request that an officer should accompany each group of sailors interned in the interior. It is announced that the cost of maintenance of the internees will be charged to Germany. Police fingerprinters and photographers are documenting the crew' prior to issuing identification certificates permitting freedom of movement within the internment area.
