The Minister for War, Mr. L. HoreBelisha, to-day attended the first ceremonial parade in England of the Canadian force, lie afterwards inspected their barracks. After the visit Mr. Hore-Belisha said he had been most impressed. “I do not think that any finer body of men ever crossed the ocean,” ho said. “The drilling in formation is absolutely perfect. One must congratulate Canada on her expeditionary force and the officers on the brilliant organisation they have displayed.”
