LICENSE CANCELLED INTOXICATED IN CAR (Por Press Association.} ASHBURTON, this day. James Bland was fined .C2O and his license was suspended for 12 months in the Police Court to-day on a charge of being found in a state of intoxication in a car on Friday evening.
