(SjjßCial to the Herald.) WAIROA, this day. The works committee reported at the monthly meeting of the Wairoa Borough Council that it had agreed with the recommendations of the traffic inspector that no part, of Marine parade be closed to traffic on the late shopping nights prior to the holidays.
