CHILDREN'S XMAS TREE (Herald Correspondent.) At a recent meeting it was deckled to hold a Christmas tree for the children of Bartletts, as m previous years, the date decided on being December 15, which will be devoted entirely to the children. The following committee was elected:--Mesdames Muir, chairman, E. Borst, Pohatu, Ellis, and Clanachan; Messrs. Blair, Milroy, O'Donnell, Wellfare, Lockwood, Hunter, Walters, Clanachan, E. Borst, French, Clarke, Mulligan, Poole, treasurer, and Grieve, hon. secretary. Great interest is being shown by the residents and the Bartletts Women's Institute is arranging a concert for this evening in aid of the funds.
