SEVENTH SHIP LOST

(Reed. Nov. 29. 12 noon.) LONDON, Nov. 28.

The steamer Uskmouth has been sunk. Three members of the crew are missing. ' Further details concerning the sinking of the Holland-Amerika liner Spaarndam, which struck a mine in the Thames estuary, state that the liner remained partially submerged until shortly before midnight, when fire broke out and within a few minutes the whole craft was blazing furiously.

The Dutch public is shocked at the sinking, which is the seventh since the outbreak of war, bringing the Dutch total tonnage lost to 31,341. The woman lost was the sole passenger. She was an American aged 74. She was swept into the sea when one of the boats swamped.
