Tay- , lor. who also aggregated 90 for the i two ranges", and A. Ford, who scored 48 at 800yds. secured third place both ! at that range and in the gross aggrei Smothers who scored well at 300yds ! were A. Thomas, 48, and T. Dolman, | 47, Thomas being particularly unlucky i in drooping two points on the ninth j after eight consecutive bulls: he recovered on the tenth., but the damage was done. Teams’ Match Results A team:;’ match held in conjunction i with the shoot was won easily by No. 1 team, comprising R. Bull, A. Ford. C. Lloyd, A. Thomas and R. Burson. with an aggregate of 406 out ! of a possible 500. No. 2 team, comprising K. Karris. T. Dolman, A. Park, j iVclntosh, and N. Taylor, was second with 440, and No. 3 team, P. Foss, F. .1. !Ji tine, S. Pirie, N. Jackson, and Elliott, aggregated 427 points for third place. Opportunity was taken during the | afternoon to bid farewell to Mr. T. park, who is to leave the district | shortly on transfer to Morrinsville. j The president, Mr. R. Bull, coni gratulated Mr. Park on his advanceIme nt in the club, and wished him o', cry success for the future.
