Allnutt, senior sub-! inspector, has been appointed assistant inspector, Mr. H. W. Tickner, chief | clerk in the inspector’s department, j has been promoted to the general: manager’s department at Melbourne. ; Mr. T. H. Giles has been appointed I chief clerk in the inspector’s department, Wellington. Mr. G. F. Loney, at present ac- j countant at the Wellington branch, j has been appointed sub-manager of the Auckland branch. Mr. ,1. B,' Stewart, at present manager of the, Palmerston North branen, nas been! appointed manager of the Dunedin j branch in place of Mr. W. E. G. j Paqualin. Mr. R. H. G. Connal, at present manager of the Te Awamutu branch, has been' appointed manager of the Palmerston North branch, and Mr. If. C, Date, at present manager of the Invercargill branch, has been appointed manager of the Te Awamutu branch. Mr. J. D. Pigou, at present manager of the Pukekohe branch, has been appointed manager of the Invercargill branch, and Mr, R. J. M. Webber, at present manager of the Greymouth branch, has been appointed manager of the Pukekohe branch. Mr. W. B. Russell, bill clerk at the Wellington branch, has been appointed manager of the Greymouth branch. Mr. K. W. M. Bibbs, at present manager of the Customs street, Auckland, branch, has been appointed accountant at the Wellington branch, and Mr. J. H. Lewis, at present manager of the Geraldine branch, has been appointed manager of the Customs street, Auckland. branch, and Mr. F. W. Bean, at present accountant at the Gisborne branch, has been appointed manage) of the Geraldine branch.
