Mrs. J. Breeze, who has been the guest of Mrs. Cade, Herbert road, has returned to Paritu.
Notice of his promotion to the post of manager of the Geraldine branch has been received by Mr. F. W. Bean, accountant of the Union Bank of Australia’s Gisborne branch. Mr. Bean has spent the past five years in Gisborne, having previously served in a number of branches, including Kaikohe and Auckland, He will take up his new duties in Geraldine on December 1.
